(8)  RedefineArts collects your behavioral and gameplay information only for bona fide purposes and will delete or anonymize your personal information upon your request. RedefineArts will not delete or anonymize your personal information, except where there is clear evidence that it is your personal information and it is reasonably possible for RedefineArts to delete it. This does not apply in cases where RedefineArts is not obligated to delete the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
